Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Technology for Merchant Solutions at Fiserv since April 2022, Sivakumar leads technology functions across APAC markets, spearheading innovative digital payment solutions for E-commerce and Point of Sale. Previously, as Vice President of Software Development and Centre Head at Fiserv EFT, responsibilities included overseeing Chennai Captive Centre Operations and product development in peer-to-peer transactions, risk, and fraud solutions.
