Hazel Gao

Hazel Gao has over 13 years of experience in risk management and assurance, currently serving as the Head of Risk & Assurance at Fisher & Paykel Appliances since May 2010. In this role, Hazel has been responsible for reviewing global operations, planning and conducting audits, preparing formal reports, and addressing outstanding issues. Prior to this position, Hazel worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young from July 2007 to May 2010, where responsibilities included compliance with professional standards and risk analysis. Hazel holds a Certified Internal Auditor designation and has completed programs with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia, and IIA-New Zealand.
