Debra Kelsey

Debra Kelsey has extensive experience in community health and support services, currently serving as a Community Health Worker and Recovery Coach at Fishing Partnership Support Services since November 2011, where the organization focuses on enhancing the health and economic stability of commercial fishermen and their families. Prior to this role, Debra worked as a Community Health Educator at Seven Hills Foundation from 2017 to 2019, providing critical opioid overdose education and behavioral support. Debra's earlier career includes over 15 years as an Account Manager at Reynolds DeWalt, where expertise was applied in managing enterprise-level communication solutions.
