Lauri Hiltunen

Lauri Hiltunen is the Chief Strategy and M&A Officer at Fiskars Group since September 2021, responsible for crafting and executing the company's transformation and M&A strategy. Hiltunen also serves as a Board Member at Matkahuolto, contributing strategic oversight since January 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Amer Sports Corporation, where business and portfolio strategies were defined and executed in collaboration with key executives. Hiltunen's career also features roles at Sanoma, Comptel, and Summa Capital Oy, where responsibilities encompassed operational development, M&A project management, and financial analysis. Hiltunen holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has also studied at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
