Mari Jokinen

Mari Jokinen has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in the supply chain industry. Mari is currently working at Fiskars Group, where they hold the position of Vice President HR, Supply Chain. Mari has held multiple roles within the company, including HR Director, Supply Chain and Senior HR Manager, Supply Chain. Before joining Fiskars Group, they worked at Huhtamaki as an HR Manager for Finland & Nordics. Prior to that, they worked at Lindström, where they held positions such as Head of HR, Finland / Head of Compensation & Benefits, Global and Head of Employment and Compensation. Mari also has experience working at Fujitsu Services Oy, Altia Corporation, IKEA Oy, Okmetic Oyj, and Merkantildata, primarily in HR assistant and coordinator roles.

Mari Jokinen attended the University of Helsinki from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they studied at the Markkinointi-instituutti from 2015 to 2016 and at the MJK-instituutti from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their education, Mari Jokinen obtained certifications as a Systemic Business Coach® from BoMentis Coaching House Oy in 2021 and as an SHL-certified OPQ-user from SHL in 2018.
