Nicolas M'Packo

Nicolas M'Packo is an experienced professional in sales operations and customer care, currently serving as Managing Director of Fiskars Germany GmbH and Iittala GmbH, as well as Director of Sales Operations Europe South at Fiskars Group since August 2017. Nicolas leads a team of over 70 in delivering exceptional customer experiences across 15 European countries and previously managed Sales Operations for the DACH & BENELUX regions. Before joining Fiskars, Nicolas held several leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific Germany from February 2014 to July 2017, overseeing customer care and supply teams for the EMEA region and Switzerland/Austria. Additional experience includes positions at Life Technologies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medienwirtschaft from Hochschule RheinMain.
