David Kogan

David Kogan has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as a Partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP since December 2011. Kogan specializes in patent prosecution, litigation, opinion work, IP licensing, acquisitions, and due diligence, with a focus on chemical/pharmaceutical, mechanical, and software technologies. Prior roles include Associate Patent Attorney at Martin & Ferraro LLP and Trojan Law Offices, as well as a Law Clerk/Patent Agent at Sheldon Mak & Anderson. Kogan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, a Master's degree in Molecular Pharmacology & Toxicology, and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, both from the University of Southern California.
