Maureen Smith

Maureen Smith is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly trademark law. As a Founding Member at Chief since November 2020 and a Partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP since April 2019, Maureen specializes in helping clients select, protect, build, and enforce their brands both domestically and internationally. Maureen earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Notre Dame Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Drake University.
