Nick Peters

Nick Peters is a Partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP, with a focus on Intellectual Property Counseling, Patent Drafting, and Prosecution since September 2003. In addition to his legal practice, Nick served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in early 2015, teaching a class on Current Issues in Patent Defense with colleagues. Prior to his current role, Nick was an Extern for Magistrate Judge Michael T. Mason in the US Courts. Nick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2003), a Master of Science in Physics from Vanderbilt University (2000), and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Applied Physics from Vanderbilt University (1998).
