Charlotte Buchanan has a strong background in program coordination and management. Charlotte started their career in 2015 at FZY as a Youth Programme Coordinator, where they worked until 2017. Charlotte then joined UJIA as a Programme Coordinator from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Fitch Learning as an Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator and later progressed to the role of Apprenticeship Quality Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead in 2019.
From 2011 to 2015, Charlotte Buchanan attended the University of Birmingham, where they studied Business Management.
