Sheron Figueiredo has a diverse work experience in project management and technology roles. In 2012, they started as an IT Rollout Project Coordinator at Coral and then moved on to become an IT Rollout Team Leader at Ladbrokes Coral in 2013. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Ladbrokes Coral. Sheron then joined Dixons Carphone in 2017 as a Project Manager before transitioning to Fitch Learning in 2018. At Fitch Learning, Sheron worked as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2022, then as a Technology Portfolio Manager from 2022 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Project Director from April 2023 onwards.
Sheron Figueiredo holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to that, they attended Heathcote High School and Woodford County High School for Girls. Additionally, Sheron has obtained certifications in Agile PM and Agile BA from APMG International, and recently became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Sheron also holds a certification in Prince 2 Practitioner from APM Group.
