Andrew O'Connell has extensive experience in payroll management, with over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Fitch Ratings since November 2010, Andrew is also a long-standing member of the American Payroll Association and actively participates in the ADP ENSC User Group. Previous positions include Payroll Manager at De Lage Landen, NBCUniversal, Inc., and Goldman Sachs-Spear Leeds & Kellogg, among others, where Andrew developed a strong foundation in payroll operations. Andrew began a career in payroll management at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as Payroll Supervisor after earning a B.S. in Accounting from Lehman College.
