Nicolas Painvin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicolas started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from October 1994 to December 1997. Nicolas worked at Natixis from January 1998 to June 2000. Later, they joined Fitch Ratings and held various roles such as Senior Director, Public Finance - Head for North-Western Europe, Head of Infrastructure EMEA, Group Credit Officer, and Head of Criteria, Credit and Research, Global Public Finance and Infrastructure. Currently, Nicolas works as the Global Head of International Public Finance at Fitch Ratings, where they lead a team that rates credits in various sectors globally.
Nicolas Painvin completed their Master's degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School from 1989 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Management and Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1996 to 1997. In the same period, they also obtained a B.A. in Languages (English, German) from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
