Tony Arpante has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Starting in 2003, they worked at Eze Castle Software as an Account Manager, responsible for managing a team and delivering training to external clients. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Fiserv as a Senior Trainer and later as a Team Lead, Training, where they led a team of trainers and facilitated learning programs for internal and external clients. At JP Morgan, from 2010 to 2012, Tony worked as a Training Analyst, focusing on designing and delivering training for both external and internal clients. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Learning Operations Manager, where they managed the design, development, and delivery of various global learning programs. In their most recent role at GP Strategies Corporation, starting in 2017, they served as a Regional Delivery Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of Retail Banking and Wealth Management L&D programs for a major client with a large audience. In 2018, Tony joined Fitch Ratings as the Learning & Development, Global Team Lead.
Tony Arpante attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance. Additionally, Tony obtained a certification as an Instructional Designer from Langevin Learning Services.
