Fernanda Gastal

Fernanda Gastal is a highly experienced executive currently serving as Senior Vice President for Latin America at Fitesa, leading over 800 team members across six production sites. With a comprehensive background in procurement, marketing, corporate management, and human resources, Gastal has held various high-level positions, including VP of Procurement & Marketing and Sr. Corporate Director. Prior to Fitesa, Gastal managed sales and marketing at Tintas Renner and served as a Customer Business Representative at Procter & Gamble. Educational credentials include a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
