Rodrigo Salgueiro Koch

Rodrigo Salgueiro Koch is an experienced professional in operations and sales management, currently serving as the Sales & Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager at Fitesa since January 2017. In this role, Rodrigo is responsible for the manufacturing strategy of the Fitesa Innovation Center in North America, focusing on the operation of a world-class manufacturing facility, supply chain strategy, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Previously, Rodrigo held various positions at Weatherford, including Global Industrial Manufacturing Manager, where achievements included significant reductions in inventory value and improvements in productivity. Additional roles at Siemens Industry, Inc. and Delphi contributed to a strong foundation in quality control and continuous improvement.
