Youssef Lakbiach is a finance professional with extensive experience in business control and financial management, currently serving as the Owner of Finlak Consulting and the Head of Business Control a.i. at FitForMe since June 2022. Previously, Youssef held senior roles at Albert Heijn, including Senior Business Controller for Albert Heijn Belgium, where responsibilities encompassed investments, performance management, and long-term planning. Youssef's career also includes positions at Ahold Delhaize, Stop & Shop, and a management trainee program that fostered expertise across multiple finance functions. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Investments, also from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by specialized training at Nyenrode Business University.
