Charles H.

Charles H. currently serves as the Vice President of Membership and Vice President of Member Experience at Fitler Club since April 2023. Previously, Charles held the positions of Vice President - Business Development Director and Officer - Client Development at Glenmede from September 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that role, Charles worked at Vanguard from July 2015 to September 2019 as Chief of Staff for the FAS Broker-Dealer Group and as a Senior Equity & Options Trader. Charles also participated in a Leadership Development Program at Vanguard and completed an internship as an Equity Research Analyst at Delaware Investments in 2014. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cairn University, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University, and has completed the DiverseForce on Boards program in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Pennsylvania.
