Previously, Beata held the role of Area Manager at Jatomi Fitness Group, overseeing operations across seven clubs and managing regional sales managers while reporting to the Operational Director of Europe. Beata's extensive background includes roles such as General Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 50, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Beata also served as a Sales Manager, focusing on sales supervision and customer relationship management, and started as a Membership Consultant. Beata holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Uniwersytet Medyczny w Łodzi.
