Michelle Semantel

Michelle Semantel currently serves as a Legionnaire at 1st Phorm International and as a Group Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness, where Mat Pilates and Aqua Fit classes are taught. Since September 2000, Michelle has worked as a Music Specialist with Independent School District #194 in Lakeville, Minnesota, focusing on elementary music education. Previous experience includes owning Fitness Advice with Michelle, providing health and wellness coaching, and operating Mary Kay Cosmetics. Additionally, a role as a Trainer at 9Round Apple Valley was held from August 2019 to March 2021. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from St. Olaf College, complemented by health coaching certification from the American Council on Exercise.
