Sydney Serwatt is a Junior Associate at FitzGerald, where work commenced in July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign School of Architecture from August 2020 to July 2022, assisting in courses such as Steel and Reinforced Concrete Design and Structural Fundamentals. Sydney’s experience also includes an internship as a Structural Engineer Intern at Thornton Tomasetti in the summer of 2021 and an Architectural Intern position at FitzGerald from May 2019 to January 2020, focusing on drawing revisions and project documentation. Sydney holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s of Science in Architectural Studies, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
