Erin Brown

Erin Brown is an experienced Placement Engineer at Five Nines since February 2020, serving as the main point of contact for users at the Arbor Day Foundation and handling technical support, troubleshooting, and user requests effectively. Prior to this role, Erin worked at MacPractice Inc. for nearly seven years in various capacities, including Web Services Coordinator, where management of web-based services and client training was a focus, and as Zendesk Coordinator, responsible for implementing and managing the Zendesk support system. Earlier experience includes support roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and retail positions at Avant Card and Barnes & Noble, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
