Scott Englebert, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and quality management. Scott most recently worked at Five-S Group, starting in August 2023, where they held the role of VP of Engineering and Quality. Prior to that, they worked at Terracon from 2010 to 2023, where they held various positions such as Office Manager, Senior Project Manager, and CMT Department Manager. Scott also had experience as a Field Engineer and Project Manager at Terracon. Before joining Terracon, they worked as an intern at Goodwin and Marshall, Inc. in 2009, where they gained experience in CAD design and land planning for residential and commercial development projects. In 2008, they also worked as an intern at Terracon, where they were responsible for quality control sampling and testing at construction projects.
Scott Englebert, P.E. completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
