Karen Grimm is currently the Director of Client Services at FIVE19 where Karen builds lasting partnerships with clients and leads a talented team in developing innovative marketing plans. Prior to FIVE19, Karen founded ideaspring, LLC, focusing on brand strategy and helping clients succeed in a rapidly changing environment. With a background in advertising, Karen also served as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and held leadership positions at Siddall, Inc, The Martin Agency, Adworks, and Arnold Worldwide. Karen holds a Masters in Adult Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
