Christian Baptiste

Christian Baptiste is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Product Design and UX at Five9 since November 2021. With a strong entrepreneurial background as the Owner Operator of Visionary Designers, Christian has held various leadership roles including VP of Experience at Corderum and Director of User Experience at OmniSci. Previous positions also include Director of UX at Apttus and Senior Lead UX Interaction Designer at IBM, where significant interface and workflow designs were accomplished for numerous analytic applications. Christian’s extensive experience spans both design and development, having contributed to successful projects at notable companies such as SearchForce Inc. and Roxio/Sonic Solutions. Educationally, Christian has attended Skyline College, Los Medanos College, and Diablo Valley College, along with professional training through Lynda.com.
