Dhiraj Naidu

Dhiraj Naidu has over 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Five9 since November 2014. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Product Support Engineer at Verint from January 2006 to November 2014, where Dhiraj was recognized multiple times as Employee of the Month for exceptional customer service. Dhiraj also worked as a Help Desk Analyst and Lead at Brigham Young University Hawaii from December 2003 to June 2005, supervising a team of more than 18 employees and earning several Employee of the Month awards for outstanding support. Earlier, Dhiraj contributed as a Night Show Technician at the Polynesian Cultural Center from January 2002 to December 2003. Dhiraj holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
