John Parent possesses extensive experience in finance and leadership across various technology and telecommunications companies. Currently serving as VP Finance - Telecom at Five9 since May 2013, John previously held the position of Financial Consultant at Mowingo, Inc., and co-founded VIEWfluent, where John served as CEO. Prior roles include CFO at Goodmail Systems, Inc., Controller at Hcorp, Inc., and various finance positions at Excite@Home and SGI, where John contributed to significant revenue growth. John's career initiation began at Hewlett-Packard Company. John earned an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
