Nancy Leung is an accomplished technical program manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and improving organizational processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Program Manager at Five9, Nancy previously held the role of Director of Information Security and Technical Program Management at Lacuna Technologies, where contributions were instrumental in the startup's growth. With a career spanning multiple leadership positions at companies such as SurveyMonkey, Eargo, Zuora, salesforce.com, Yahoo!, and Hewlett-Packard, Nancy has a proven track record of enhancing collaboration, communication, and delivery through effective program management methodologies, including SCRUM and Agile practices. Nancy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management of Innovation & Technology from Santa Clara University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
