Mihika Singh Verma

Mihika Singh Verma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and enterprise management. Currently serving as RVP, Enterprise at Fivetran since April 2020, Mihika has held various leadership roles including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, managing client relationships and overseeing diverse teams. Additionally, Mihika participates as an On Deck Customer Success Fellow since July 2021, fostering community and professional development among senior customer success operators. Prior to Fivetran, Mihika was the Head of Customer Success at Talkable, guiding a 28-person department and managing high-value enterprise accounts. Early career experiences include roles at Mindshare PR, SNRLabs, and various internships, enhancing expertise in public relations and marketing. Mihika holds an MBA in Marketing from HEC Paris and a B.S. in Communication from Boston University.
