Raju Kotagal is a seasoned professional in customer support engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support Engineering for APAC at Fivetran since January 2022, Raju previously held several leadership roles in customer support and technical support, including Senior Manager at Itron and various management positions at Altisource, SMSC, Sonim Technologies, HP, and MobiApps. Raju began the career as Area Service Manager at Bradma Of India Ltd and has demonstrated expertise in operations, support engineering, and customer program management across multiple organizations. Raju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
