Tom Dew

Tom Dew has a strong background in business development, sales, and operations management. Tom is currently working as the Head of Business Development/Sales for the Americas at FL3XX. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Sales/Business Development for North America at FL3XX. Before joining FL3XX, Tom worked at Wright Flight Inc as the Deputy Executive Director of Administration and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for directing all aspects of operations and administration for a youth development program centered around aviation. Tom has also gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at AstraZeneca in various sales roles, including Executive Diabetes Pharmaceutical Representative. Additionally, they have held leadership roles at XERIDIEM MEDICAL DEVICES, where they served as Director of RA | QA, Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, Director of Research and Product Development, and Business Unit | Product Group Director. Tom also has experience as the Principal of Dew Consulting.

Tom Dew obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Option from the University of Arizona. Tom also has several additional certifications, including a DiveMaster Scuba Instructor certification from SSI Scuba Schools International in 2019, an FCC Radio Station License from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2018, an ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor certification from ANSI/RAB/IATCA in 2002, and a Commercial Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1993. Tom also completed the Bartell and Bartell Executive Development Program, as well as an Executive Development Program at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
