Lisa Hoffmann

Lisa Hoffmann currently serves as the People and Culture Operations Manager at flaconi since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa accumulated valuable experience at TIER Mobility, progressing from a Working Student in People Operations to a People Operations Associate between May 2021 and June 2023. Earlier in Lisa's career, a position as a Sales Associate at Michael Kors from August 2014 to April 2021 provided a strong foundation in customer service. Lisa Hoffmann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Internationales Tourismus-Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken, completed between 2018 and 2021.
