Susan Vidal

Susan Vidal is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Flagship Pioneering, Susan has previously held significant positions at SVB, including Director of HR: Organizational Capabilities and Director of Human Resources. Other roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Hologic (formerly Cytyc), as well as Human Resources Manager at Golden West Financial/Wachovia. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Le Moyne College and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Change at Penn State University.
