Stephanie Clancy possesses extensive experience in banking compliance, operations management, and client experience leadership. Currently serving as Head of Banking Compliance and Head of Compliance for Commercial and Private Banking at Flagstar Bank since January 2023, Clancy previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sage Consulting Firm, LLC. Clancy's career spans various roles, including Chief Member Experience Officer at Municipal Credit Union and Director of Operations at Piermont Bank, where responsibilities included directing Deposit and Treasury Management operations and integrating technology for FinTech businesses. With a solid foundation developed at Dime Community Bank and Herald National Bank, Clancy has focused on risk management, merchant services, and compliance with KYC and data security policies. Clancy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mathematics and Business Management from Suffolk County Community College.
