Steven Callahan

Steven Callahan currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Flagstar Bank, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Steven operated as Vice President at Western Alliance Bank from July 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included underwriting for income-producing commercial real estate debt with a focus on construction and value-add projects across the West Coast. Steven also held positions as Assistant Vice President and Associate in the commercial real estate sector, and began a professional journey with a degree in Business Law from Arizona State University.
