Terry Perchman

Terry Perchman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnership and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President - Sr. HR Business Partner at Flagstar Bank since August 2017, Terry previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Office Depot from January 2015 to August 2017, and served as SVP, Human Resources Advisor at Citi from June 2010 to January 2015. At Citi, Terry provided strategic HR guidance to senior executive leadership and implemented initiatives across various channels. Earlier experience at Citi includes HR Site Generalist and multiple senior HR generalist roles focused on risk management and investment services.
