Dima Vengertsev has extensive experience in the aviation and entrepreneurial sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Crew Scheduling at Flair Airlines since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operational activities and developing efficient solutions. Additionally, Dima is the CEO of NV Elite Products, focusing on the development and sale of home-based exercise equipment through Amazon since January 2014. Dima also holds the position of Armoured Recce Officer (Captain) in the Canadian Armed Forces, specializing in reconnaissance and employing advanced techniques in tactical operations. Dima earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Okanagan College between 2007 and 2012, and completed secondary education at Kelowna Secondary School from 2004 to 2006.
