Dennis continued in this role until 2013, when they became the Finance Director at James Finlay Kenya Ltd and Finlays Horticulture Kenya Ltd, overseeing the financial operations of the tea and tea extracts business. In 2016, they joined Flamingo Horticulture as the Finance Director, leading the financial management of the company and its strategic partnerships with growers. Dennis later served as the Director of Compliance and Corporate Relations at Flamingo Horticulture Ltd in 2017, where they interacted with key stakeholders and had oversight over insurance and tax arrangements.
