Katie Macer

Katie Macer, MBA, currently serves as the Customer Relationship Management Leader at FLANDERS, where the focus is on optimizing sales support processes and driving customer success through team leadership and CRM systems expertise. Previously, Katie held the position of Product Information & Compliance Team Lead at RB, managing daily operations for a team handling various customer communication channels. Early in Katie's career, a role was held as a Patient Access Specialist at Deaconess Health System, facilitating specimen pickups and relaying lab results. Katie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health and Medical Administrative Services, both from the University of Southern Indiana.
