Bobylev Vladimir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Department at Flant since December 2022, Bobylev leads initiatives that enhance customer engagement with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. Prior to this role, Bobylev was the Technology Sales Consulting Director for Russia and Central Asia at Oracle from August 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included team management and maximizing customer satisfaction with Oracle's solutions. Bobylev's career includes significant roles at NCR Corporation, where roles spanned from Channel and Branch Sales Leader for SAPAC to Global Sales Leader for Cash Management Software, overseeing various aspects of P&L and business operations. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Scheidt & Bachmann as Regional General Manager and in various sales leadership positions at NCR from 1998 to 2012. Bobylev holds two Master's degrees: one in Software Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and another in Finance from the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics.
