Giovanna Paciullo Souto

Giovanna Paciullo Souto has a diverse professional background in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as an Onboarding Analyst and Customer Experience Analyst at Flash since November 2021, Giovanna previously worked as a Senior Support Agent at Concentrix from June 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included assisting clients with electronic devices and access accounts, progressing from Level 1 to advanced technical support. Prior to this, Giovanna was a Marketing Department Intern at Companhia de Engenharia de Trafego CET from May 2015 to May 2017, supporting the company’s photographer with the organization, cataloging, and editing of visual materials. Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual from Centro Universitário Senac, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
