Geoff Koch

Geoff Koch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Software Implementation Specialist at FLASH since July 2022, Geoff previously held the position of Operations Manager at REEF PARKING from October 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing account revenue and providing support to high-volume clients. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Lanier Parking Solutions, overseeing parking facility regulations, and as a Stock Manager at Tyler's Sports, where expertise in product knowledge and customer service was developed. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Texas State University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
