John Fitzhugh

John FitzHugh started their work experience in 1988 as the Head of College Recruiting/Management Training Program at First Union National Bank. From 1992 to 2001, they worked as the Director of Fixed Income Sales at First Union Capital Markets, where they were responsible for covering banks, insurance companies, money managers, and hedge funds. John then joined WACHOVIA SECURITIES as the Managing Director and Head of Structured Product Sales from 2001 to 2009, where they developed the distribution of structured products across the US, Europe, and Asia. From 2009 to 2022, John worked at Wells Fargo Securities as a Managing Director, where they achieved consistent top producer status and helped drive revenue growth. Currently, since 2023, they hold the position of Managing Director at Flat Rock Global, LLC, an alternative credit manager.

John FitzHugh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
