Dwayne Pascal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development, engineering, and strategic direction across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product Engineering at flatfair, Dwayne spearheads a multidisciplinary team focused on innovative solutions for tenant deposit management. Previously, Dwayne co-founded and was the CTO of Reveall, a B2B SaaS platform acquired by NEXT, and held senior roles at notable companies including Nonius, Udrafter®, Skyscanner, and Amazon. Dwayne's background encompasses technology leadership in both established organizations and startups, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experiences, driving product development, and fostering team collaboration. Dwayne holds a Computer Science/EEE degree from the University of Waterloo.
