Abid Zalmai is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology and support. Currently serving as IT Manager and previously as IT Specialist at Dragados USA, Inc. since May 2022, Abid has considerable expertise in installing and configuring IT systems, maintaining networks, and providing technical support. Prior roles include Information Technology Specialist at rand* construction corporation and IT Support Specialist at Tawana Education and Social Development Organization, where Abid responded to service requests and managed user accounts. Abid also held the position of IT Audit Officer at New Kabul Bank, focusing on operational auditing and data analysis. Abid obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kardan University between 2017 and 2019.
