Uroš Ilovar has work experience in two companies. From December 2014, they worked as the Head of Customer Care at Flaviar. Prior to that, they worked as a strokovni delavec v programu at Center za socialno delo Vič-Rudnik; Mladinsko središče Vič from October 2008 to March 2013.
Uroš Ilovar pursued their education in the field of Sociology from 2001 to 2006 at Fakulteta za družbene vede. During this time, they obtained a Univerzitetna diploma, 7. stopnja degree.
