Jordi Barri is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Flax & Kale since July 2015, where efforts led to the restructuring of the Holding Businesses into Teresa Carles Healthy Foods. Prior to this role, Jordi co-founded and managed Feel Good Food Group from July 2010 to June 2015, emphasizing the realization of personal dreams through determination. Earlier career experiences include positions as Marketing Manager at POKSMEDIA, Assistant Brand Manager for ARTIACH at Kraft Foods, and Product Manager for ROYAL, as well as roles in KPMG's Audit and Advisory departments. Jordi holds a Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and completed executive education at IESE Business School in 2018.

Today, the company employs over 300 people to service eight restaurants in Lleida, Barcelona, and Madrid, as well as a central office in Barcelona and a workshop of over 6,500 square meters in Bell-lloc d'Urgell (Lleida), which includes its ownR+D+i center and other central offices. Flax & Kale is driven by a desire to use healthy eating as a catalyst for change in order to improve people's lives and achieve a healthier, happier, and more sustainable world.
