Currently serving in a Learning & Development role at Fleet Alliance since May 2022, Michael previously worked as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Lookers plc from February 2015 to May 2022, focusing on meeting the training needs of various automotive franchises across the UK and achieving SAF accreditation.
