Bruce Talbot is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational excellence and leadership. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Consultant at High Reliability Group LLC and Executive Secretary at Cavalla Historical Foundation since 2019, Bruce has held prominent positions within the Fleet Reserve Association as both Space City Branch 159 President and South Central Region President since 2013. Previously, Bruce served as Secretary for the Cavalla Base of the United States Submarine Veterans until December 2023. Bruce's military career in the United States Navy, spanning over three decades, includes roles such as Command Master Chief, Submarine Nuclear Reactor Operator, Overhaul Coordinator/Planner, and Engineering Department Master Chief. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Technology with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
