Della Sweetman

Della Sweetman serves as the Chief Business Development Officer (Global) for FleishmanHillard since September 2013, being the first in this role for the global communications agency. With a dynamic leadership approach, Della has a proven track record of driving growth and attracting key client partnerships. Prior to this, Della held multiple leadership positions within FleishmanHillard, including Executive Lead for Global Creative, Strategy and Planning, and Senior Partner and Head of Business Development for the Americas. Della's extensive experience in managing operations and business development spans back to 2003 within the agency, as well as roles at Berkman Communications and Matt Wilson Ltd. Della holds an advanced leadership certification from Babson College and has a foundation of education from The University of Auckland and International School Suva Fiji.
